You fell in love with a painting, but it is no longer available? It is entirely possible to create a work especially for you.

Your future painting could thus be inspired by your favorite and you could define the format that would best suit your decor. No painting will ever be identical to another. It is crucial in my creative process that each work is unique. Your painting would therefore be in the same spirit as your favorite.

A period of four to five weeks is to be expected for the completion of an order, subject to all reservations.

It is also possible to produce very large format works on commission.

PACKAGING

All artwork will be properly packaged to minimize the risk of breakage during delivery.

DAMAGE

Please check your order upon receipt and notify me as soon as possible of any shortages or breakages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

I guarantee that I am the author of the work, that the work does not contravene in any way the laws, regulations and standards in force and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. When selling, I transfer to the buyer the material support of the work while retaining the moral right on the work sold as well as the rights related to its reproduction.

PRIVACY POLICY

I undertake to put all measures in place to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased online or on-site can be exchanged within 10 days of the purchase date. You must contact me immediately by email.

Please note that if customs fees have been paid upon receipt by the buyer, they cannot be refunded.

The work must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging (or equivalent packaging).

Works returned damaged or soiled by the Buyer will not be taken back or refunded, Andrée-Anne Fortin reserving this choice at her sole discretion.

If the buyer does not wish to replace the work immediately, a gift card or credit note will be given to them.
